INDONESIA ~ ARABICA SUMATRA MANDHELING
Originally discovered on the volcanic mountainous chain in North - western Sumatra. This most noble of Arabicas truly deserves a place of honour in espresso composition. It is strong - bodied with a delicate acidity and notes of cocoa, cereals and an unexpected hint of spices. The aftertaste is reminiscent of liquorice.
ETHIOPIA ~ ARABICA DJIMMAH JASMINE
Good body and pleasant aroma with notes of fruit and cocoa. The aftertaste is reminiscent of cereals and has the slight astringency that characterizes this type of coffee.
COLOMBIA ~ ARABICA SUPREMO RIO MAGDALENA
Substantial body and medium acidity with reminiscences of candied fruits, ripe plums and dried dates. Prolonged aftertaste of dark cocoa and raisins.
GUATEMALA ~ ARABICA FLOR DE COBAN
Shade-grown under Liquidambar trees in Coban, it cups like a dream with a good body and medium acidity. Notes of ripe and candied citrus fruits, followed by hints of spices and nuts in a prolonged aftertaste.
PERU ~ ARABICA TRES MOQUESTEROS
Grown in Merced, this lot of fully washed Arabica has an intense mouthfeel and low acidity. Dark cocoa with hints of malt and caramel followed by a persistent aftertaste with underlying notes of walnut enriched by fragrances of roasted chestnut.
MEXICO ~ ARABICA ALTURA SUPERIOR CHIAPAS ADELITA
This shade-grown Arabica is grown by smallholder farmers in the Comalapa and Chicomuselo municipalities. Harvested from January through to March it has a mild body and low acidity. Pleasant aromas of ripe fruit and underlying notes of milk chocolate and almonds. Aftertaste with hints of wafer and malt.
HONDURAS ~ ARABICA SHG CAFE MARCALA FAIR TRADE - ORGANIC
Strictly High Grown coffee with a good body and a non-aggressive acidity evocative of citrus fruits (mostly mandarin) and ripe peaches. The aftertaste is enriched by spicy fragrances of almonds.
BRAZIL ~ ARABICA CERRADO DULCE
Full-bodied. A balanced sweetness with notes of malt, chocolate and cocoa. Underlying aromas of cereals and roasted nuts in the aftertaste.
BRAZIL ~ ARABICA SANTOS DECAFFEINATED
An amiable, good-bodied coffee characterised by notes of cocoa and milk chocolate, and cereals and hazelnuts in the aftertaste.
INDIA ~ ROBUSTA WASHED PARCHMENT KAPPI ROYAL
Good mouthfeel and pleasant sweetness. Hints of milk chocolate and roasted cereals evolve into an aftertaste with mellow spicy notes and woody scents.
