These beans come from the Rio Verde farm, one of the oldest in Brazil, founded in 1887. Located in the heart of the Mantiqueira mountains (south-east), this farm is a true natural sanctuary, where coffee is grown at elevations up to 1300m above sea level, surrounded by virgin forest, waterfalls, and springs. Their coffee features a sweet taste, with notes of fresh walnuts, almonds, a smooth acidity, sweet body, and rich blackberry undertones.
