In the north-west of Guatemala, at the border with Mexico, the Huehuetenango farm is located at the foot of the Cuchumatanes, the highest non-volcanic mountain range in Central America. It’s one of the best regions in the country for coffee production. With altitudes ranging from 850m to 3700m, the region has a variety of ecosystems, from subtropical to pine forest. The taste profile has very sweet aromatics, laced with floral and fruity elements, sugar-coated nuts, a silky body, and well-balanced acidity.
