MEXICO - Decaffeinated Beans
Coming from the Frontera region, in the Sierra Madre bordering Mexico, this coffee is cultivated at an altitude of 900–1200m above sea level. These beans are first processed with a chemical analysis to determine optimal conditions, then steamed and prepared for extraction. Finally, they undergo an extraction process using a water-based saturated solution that removes the caffeine while preserving the coffee flavour compounds.
This coffee has notes of milk chocolate, with a sweet and bright citrus flavour.
